Sourced from long-established , family run haciendas high in the Andes above the Central Valley. This is a delicate pinot  noir           displaying flavours of ripe, wild strawberries, beautifully balanced with subtle, smoky wisps and a delicious, lingering finish.                       One of the best pinot noirs I have tasted in this price range and great with savoury vegetarian dishes.

American oak barrels for 6 months to produce  a long lingering, elegant aftertaste. This wine is recommended to
accompany  duck or goose,  is great with baked fish dishes and some say it goes great with chocolate puddings.

Aromas of dark berries with hints of eucalyptus.  Elegant on the palate, with soft tannins delivering nuances of leather and spices.
The ageing in French oak provides a pleasant toasted background. Great with grilled meats, hearty casseroles and the perfect wine with North Indian meat curries.

El Infiernillo Pinot Noir 2018      V V                                                                 10.50
Loosely translated to ‘little hell’, Infiernillo gets its name from the Descabazado volcano which sits in the
mountain range above the Andes. Grapes are sourced from cool climate vineyard in Casablanca Valley where they benefit from alluvial soils, a long ripening season and optimum diurnal temperature variation.. The wine is
then aged for 3 months in french oak.  Smokey raspberry, red cherry and fruit lifts effortlessly out of the glass.
The palate is rich yet delicate with plenty of crunchy red berry fruits and a supple finish. This is a wine which has plenty of hand crafted charm. Great with goose and duck but also with mushroom based dishes.
Bronze Medal Winner at the 2020 Sommelier Wine Awards.       Seen elsewhere at £12.95!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
